Starters

  • Soto Ayam

    Soto ayam is a yellow spicy chicken soup. Turmeric is added as one of its ingredients to get yellow chicken broth. It is probably the most popular variant of soto, a traditional soup commonly found in Indonesian cuisine. Besides chicken and vermicelli, it can also be served with hard-boiled eggs, slices of fried potatoes, Chinese celery leaves, and fried shallots.

  • Sop Buntut

    In Indonesian cuisine, oxtail soup (Indonesian: sop buntut) is a popular dish. It is made of slices of fried or barbecued oxtail, served in vegetable soup with rich but clear beef broth. It contains boiled potatoes, carrots, tomatoes, leek, celery, and fried shallots. Indonesian sop buntut is seasoned with shallot, garlic and native spices such as black pepper, nutmeg, and clove. The dish is accompanied with sambal, sweet soy sauce and lime juice.

  • Sate Sapi

    Indonesian satay of beef grilled in a delicious marinade with a spicy sauce of soy sauce and peppers.

  • Saté Ayam

    Indonesian satay of chicken grilled in a delicious marinade with a light peanut saus fried onions.

  • Lumpia Semarang

    It is known as one of the signature snacks from Semarang. Originated from Chinese snacks known by the name loenpia (or lunpia), the then-spelled-as-lumpia-by-Indonesian-tongue is similar to spring rolls or roulade. If there are differences between the origin lumpia and the one we found nowadays, they most likely lie in the spices and the filling.

  • Gado Gado

    Gado-gado (Indonesian or Betawi), also known as lotek (Sundanese and Javanese), is an Indonesian salad of slightly boiled, blanched or steamed vegetables and hard-boiled eggs, boiled potato, fried tofu and tempe, served with a peanut sauce dressing. In 2018, Gado-Gado is promoted as one of 5 national dish of Indonesia.

  • Sambal Goreng Udang

    Sambal Goreng Udang is a delicious spicy shrimp dish of fresh shrimp and sambal sauce

  • Daging Rendang + Sayur Lodeh

    Daging Rendang is a delicious spicy beef dish together with a mix of fresh vegetables in a coconut sauce.

  • Daging Smoor + Sambal Goreng Buncis

    A softly braised beef dish, a little sweet, with beans in a slightly spicy sambal coconut sauce.

  • Mie Goreng Special

    A noodle dish with various spices, fried egg, satay, chicken, krupuk and acar

  • Nasi Goreng Special

    Fried rice with different spices, fried egg, satay, chicken, acar and krupuk.

  • Foe Yong Hai

    A Chinese Indonesian egg dish with different vegetables in a sweet and sour tomato sauce. Also vegetarian to order.

  • Ayam Kecap + Sambal Goreng Buncis

    Chicken in a sweet soy sauce with beans in a sambal coconut sauce.

  • Ayam Taliwang + Sayur Lodeh

    Specialty of the island of Lombok. Very spicy fried chicken with a vegetable mix in coconut sauce.

  • Ikan Bali + Tumis Kangkung

    A fish dish from the island of Bali. Stewed fish in a spicy soy sauce.

  • Roedjak Manis

    Delicious fresh fruit in a spicy soy sauce.

  • Pisang Goreng

    Baked banana in a dough crust with sugar.

  • Dadar Belanda

    Dadar Belanda is similar to French crêpes dish although the condiments used are unique to Indonesia.

  • Es Cendol

    In tropical Indonesia fresh drinks offer the necessary cooling. One of the most famous drinks is Es Cendol: a mix of coconut milk, palm sugar, ice cream and green jelly of rice flour.

  • Nanas kecap manis

    Fried fresh pineapple with a sweet soy sauce.

  • Es Campur

    In Indonesia, es campur is sold from humble traveling trolley to restaurants. For Indonesian Muslims, es campur and kolak are popular treats during Ramadan for iftar, often sold prior to breaking the fast. It is quite similar with es teler and es doger although with different content. The ingredients consists of coconut, sea weed, milk, syrup, jackfruit, and many others.

  • Es Blewah
